Crowded is a seed stage fintech startup with $1M in ARR and 30 employees. This project included an implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and the migration of all data from a legacy CRM instance. Certified Business Solutions created a custom object for the Customer Success team to better track all Customer Success activities. After integrating customer data from Crowded's data warehouse (Google BigQuery) we were able to create a set of custom fields and reports for Customer Success to prioritize accounts based off customer health, risk of churn, retention and expansion. Certified Business Solutions managed this instance as the primary administrator for 8 months.

A undisclosed, enterprise-grade SaaS platform, with a deep focus on customer support. Certified Business Solutions implemented 90 licenses of Sales Cloud for a global organization. This implementation included: Creation of 5 new profiles and permission sets, 20 custom fields, 10 validation rules, 2 custom objects, 5 dashboards with accompanying reports, Google Mail and Calendar integration, and legacy CRM data import.  

Certified Business Solutions co-sourced with Glassdoor's Revenue Operations team to optimize Glassdoor's instance of Highspot and Salesforce. Certified Business Solutions provided our Managed Services solution and trained additional members of the Glassdoor Sales Operations team. Certified Business Solutions successfully integrated Highspot with Salesforce, created new 'Sales Plays', 'Playbooks' and 'Spots' in Highspot allowing for better user adoption and overall Highspot ROI.
